Family fun day! Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber enjoy leisurely beach outing with their sons Alexander and Samuel in Sydney

They recently arrived in Sydney to spend Christmas Down Under.

And Naomi Watts, Live Schrieber and their sons Alexander ‘Sasha’ Pete and Samuel ‘Sammy’ Kai hit the beach on Thursday as they made the most of the Australian sunshine.

The happy brood were seen together at Bondi beach as they enjoyed a spot of surfing and snorkelling at the popular beach.

Naomi, 47, showed off her slender frame in a cut-out swimsuit - which featured a floral pattern on the front - while she went make-up free for the leisurely day out.

Her 48-year-old partner Liev looked hunky in camouflage board shorts and protected his head from the sun rays with a matching baseball cap.

The blonde star was seen hugging her younger son after a brief splash around in the water.

Be a babe on the beach in a floral swimsuit like Naomi

Whilst for many of us in the States, Christmas time may call for layers of knitwear and a cozy coat, over in Australia it’s time to soak up the rays and spend time at the beach!

Giving us weather and wardrobe envy this week was yummy mummy Naomi Watts who was spotted in Sydney with her family enjoying the sun, sea and sand!

Sporting a blue floral and bird print one piece, Naomi looked super chic on the beach. We love this Adidas by Stella McCartney bathing suit that features clever colorblock paneling which has a slimming effect; meanwhile the flora fauna print gives it a fun twist!

Unfortunately this swimsuit is now sold out, but you can shop the current Adidas by Stella McCartney collection at Net-a-Porter if you follow the link on the right. Alternatively, take your pick from our edit below!

The brood are spending Christmas with Naomi's family in Sydney after flying in from the U.S. where they live throughout the year.

Sea of Trees star Naomi recently admitted that she tries to be a normal mother and does her best to make sure her family is as down-to-earth as possible.

She told Vogue Australia: ‘Certainly there are things in my life that reflect the fact I've become successful in this industry, I've earned a certain amount of money, but it's not all like that.

‘And I don't want it to be all like that. I don't want to be driven around in a car all the time.

'We were in Paris recently and there was a car available for us, but I wanted my kids to walk - I wanted them to see the city!'

‘I try to be the “normal mum”, it's just who I am. It wouldn't be normal for me to operate quote-un-quote like a “just a movie star”.’

Naomi and Liev recently put their $5.85 million Hamptons home up for sale.

The unmarried lovebirds bought the 'shingle style cottage' in Amagansett, New York, in September of 2007 for $4.3 million.

They stand to make $1.55 million if they manage to lock down their steeper asking price.

According to Variety, the 6,061 square foot space, which sits on two-thirds of an acre of land, comes with five bedrooms and seven-and-a-half bathrooms.

The couple put the house on the market while in New York City filming The Bleeder, in which the two are set to star opposite each other.

The real life couple are almost unrecognisable as they played heavyweight boxer Chuck Wepner and his wife Linda for the 1970s biopic.
