Ariana Grande oozes specs appeal as she poses for a seductive snap in her glasses and a low-cut vest top

She's mastered the art of the selfie, regularly posing for cute and pouty snaps.  

But Ariana Grande opted for a more risque shot on Wednesday as the 22-year-old shared a librarian style snap to Instagram which showed her looking seductively into the camera wearing a pair of specs.

Proving geek chic can be sexy, the shot sees the Focus hit maker wear her glasses sit toward the end of her nose to showcase her beautiful brown eyes, which looked to be sporting false lashes.

Her locks are tied away from her face in her signature half-up/half-down style as she tilts her neck slightly and sits her arm delicately across her shoulder.

The songstress shows plenty of skin in the snap as she sports a low-cut black vest top which shows off her decolletage. 

Lightening up the otherwise provocative snap, Ariana captioned the image: '(when I'm not squinting like an idiot) #cantseeshit.'

The pop princess is no stranger to posting selfies, and regularly shares photos of herself on social media posing up a storm for the lens, though you won't find the singer uploading what she describes as 'fake' selfies. 

Expressing her disdain for people who take selfies in bed with made-up faces, the star told Seventeen magazine last year: '  Everybody makes up these ridiculous captions for their selfies that have nothing to do with the picture, like "Layin’ in bed on Saturday." 

'It’s like, "No, you are not! You just spent an hour getting ready for this picture!" We all post a selfie for the same reason—because we feel better about ourselves than usual. So just be like, "Hey, I feel good about myself today, so here’s a picture!"’

Her racy photograph comes just a short while after the release of Ariana's new festive album, Christmas and Chill.

Released as a Christmas gift for her devoted 'Arianators,' this year marks the third that the pint-sized star has released a record for the holidays.

Unlike her previous releases, however, Ariana's latest album features six original tracks.
