Sophie Monk appeared to share Christmas Day treat with her fans as she showed off her cleavage in a racy Instagram snap.

The former pop star - who recently won the latest installment on Australia's Celebrity Apprentice - revealed her trick for taking a snap with a selfie stick. 

Taking to Instagram on Friday, the 35-year-old shared a busty close-up of herself lying down, barely avoiding a nip-slip in the process.

'When you don't have a selfie stick? #hitthefloor' wrote Sophie next to the racy snap, which was taken during her festive celebrations on The Gold Coast.

Sophie's loyal fans showered her with praise for her ample assets, which were barely encased by an Aztec-print bikini.

Speaking to her Summer Fling breakfast co-host Matty Acton on air, Sophie revealed that the elusive Trevor to which she had previously referred was not her boyfriend but rather her nipple hair. 

'We didn't like each other at first,' she teased, before revealing that Trevor is a singular, very stubborn nipple hair and said that many women would sympathise with her.

'You have to pluck him,' she said to the tune of plucking sound effects. 'He's on steroids for sure,' she joked.
