Super fit mum Erin McNaught shows off her incredibly toned body during an epic 'arms and abs' workout posted on Instagram

Super fit mum and model Erin McNaught has shared another one of her heroic workouts with her social media followers. 

The 33-year-old gave birth to her son Evander a year ago, and the model mum's body bounced back just weeks after birth.

She's incredibly toned now and it's no wonder judging by the incredible video she posted to Instagram on Thursday.

In the clip, Erin demonstrated her 'Arms and Abs' regime, showing just how fit she really is.

With the help of TRX suspension straps, a form of total body resistance, she demonstrated the exercises she does to obtain her super toned stomach and arms.

Her long lean legs on display as she effortlessly moved through the fitness routine, she donned a black crop top and blue thigh skimming shorts.

With her brown hair tied back off her face and into a high bun on top of her head, she also donned a pair of fluro green Adidas trainers.

Posting her workout in the caption of the video, she revealed a combination of TRX pikes, shoulder taps, TRX push-up with suspended crunch, knee swivel to plank jack.

She also added that she repeats the exercises three times and allows herself 30 seconds rest in between and one minute between sets.

The brunette beauty showed off her crazy upper-body strength as she performed shoulder taps while in a plank position, staying steady throughout the intense exercise.

Her washboard abs are a result of the resistance training, pikes where she pulls her straight knees towards her hands, and suspended crunches tucking her knees in and then out of her chest.

The mother-of-one regularly shows off her insane workout routines on Instagram, and after giving birth only a year ago, the Australian-born model is looking better than ever. 

Erin and husband Example (real name Elliot Gleave) are now UK based, and arrived back in Sydney earlier this month for the holidays. 

The pair tied the knot in 2013, and announced they were expecting their first child together in July the following year.
