Sayfre has touched the hearts of many after her aunt shared a Facebook post with her wish for cards to fill a tree.

With gifts and cards flowing in from across the country, the little girl is hoping to bring joy to others as well.

Safyre along with her aunt, Liz Dolder, and volunteers who have been helping her since the devastating fire two years ago plan to visit shelters for the homeless and victims of domestic violence in the Albany area to distribute gifts to children.

Her aunt said that they'll also take gifts to Boston's Shriners Hospital, where Safyre receives ongoing treatment.

'We want other children to feel the joy that Safyre feels,' said Dolder, sister of David Terry, who died shielding his oldest daughter from the flames and heat that killed her three younger siblings in 2013.

'She's a very big sharer,' she said. 'She's just very kind and generous and sweet.'

The mental and physical pain this little girl has been endured is beyond imaginable.

Two years ago in Schenectady, New York, Safyre, her father, David Terry, 32, and her three younger siblings, three-year-old Layah, two-year-old Michael and 11-month-old Donavon, were all killed in a fire authorities say was deliberately lit.

Five-year-old Safyre was the only survivor and suffered severe burns to over 75 percent of her body.

Firefighters found her next to her father who used his body in an effort to shield her from the flames.

Since then, Safyre has undergone more than 50 operations, including surgeries to remove her right hand and in March this year, her left foot.

No one has been charged with arson but Safyre’s mother, Jennica Duell, has been jailed for admitting that she had lied to a grand jury about the case and threatening a witness.

Jennica claimed she was asleep after L.S.D. trip and accused her then-boyfriend, Robert A. Butler, of setting the fire.

Butler was later exonerated.

Another man, Edward Leon, has also been jailed after he lied about where he was when the fire was set. Leon allegedly sent Safyre's father threatening messages over a woman.
