She's the famous Sports Illustrated model and ex-wife of rock star Rod Stewart.

But on Christmas Eve Rachel Hunter was just another regular shopper as she ran around Los Angeles picking up some last minute gifts for friends and loved ones.

The 46-year-old stopped off at the affordable clothing retailer Topshop, before hitting up the pricier Nordstroms.

The usually glamorous model  was casually dressed for the occasion in a pair of ripped denim jeans and sloppy grey sneakers.

Up top, the former Dancing With The Stars participant wore a loose black tank underneath a black jacket.

She added a minor festive touch to the ensemble with a red scarf, while her blue eyes were hidden away behind Ray-Ban sunglasses.
