Gigi Hadid shows she's enjoying the purr-fect family break as she steps out in leopard print coat during holiday in Aspen

She's spending quality time with her family, during a winter break in Aspen.

But model Gigi Hadid, 20, proved she still has time for fashion, as she stepped out in the ski resort town in Colorado on Monday in a gorgeous leopard print coat.

The Victoria's Secret Angel dressed down as she headed out for a stroll, no doubt enjoying time away from the catwalk - although there was no sign of her boyfriend Zayn Malik.

Out of her skis, Gigi went for a casual look in black high waisted trousers and a chunky cable knit jumper with a roll neck.

Going for a sensible choice of footwear, Gigi wore classic Timberland boots, while also choosing elegant black leather gloves, ensuring she kept warm from the chilly climes. She layered her long leopard print coat over the top.

Staying as fashionable as ever the gorgeous blonde donned her over sized sunglasses, keeping the bright rays from her eyes.

She threw her locks up in a no-fuss ponytail and went for a minimal amount of make-up, showing off her natural beauty.

Gigi wasn't alone as she strolled through the snow-filled town.

She was joined by her brother Anwar, who was also laid back in ripped jeans, trainers, a hooded jumper and leather jacket.

Gigi Hadid will surely be voted the most stylish person in Aspen this winter.

She does have stiff competition from her mother Yolanda Foster, sister Bella Hadid and actresses Kate Hudson and Dakota Johnson who were also in the luxury mountain resort for Christmas.

But with this ensemble Gigi's pipped them to the post. The model dressed up her ski pants with a pair of Timberland boots, a cosy cashmere knit by Nili Lotan and a fabulous leopard print coat by Ports 1961.

In a sea of water and snow proof jackets ideal for the slopes, Gigi stands out as a style icon in a more classic winter warmer. Animal prints are always a firm favourite of the fashion pack and she's given us plenty of inspiration for a new year treat.
