Everyone has their favourite Friends character.

Everyone, that is, who was older than seven when the show went off the air.

Kylie Jenner confirmed just how young she really is when she couldn't name a character from the 90s TV phenomenon.

In an interview during her cover shoot with Elle UK, the 18-year-old was asked to pick her favourite, perhaps expecting the image conscious Rachel or family-centric Joey to come in reply.

 But the bewildered teen could only manage a 'What is that?'

'I know what Friends is… ' she immediately and not entirely convincingly corrected herself. 'I mean, I don’t watch Friends, but I know what it is.'

We don't normally think sporty when Dior comes to mind, but designer Raf Simons added an athletic element to his Spring 2016 collection with this white jacket.

Modeled by Kylie Jenner on the cover of Elle UK, the long windbreaker had rows of zippers, buttons and a hooded design. On the runway it was layered over a crop top and matching shorts with a pair of pointy toe ankle strap pumps. But we'd just as soon wear it with a pair of fitted sweatpants, a graphic print tee and sneakers.

You won't be able to get your hands on this creation until well into the new year so why not get a similar style below. Go for something extra sporty by Adidas or get a look that's a bit more refined at L'Etoile.

However, the void in her pop culture knowledge was at least partially answered when she was asked what the nineties mean to her.

'What do the nineties mean to me? I was born in the nineties,' she conceded, 'and I'm barely a nineties baby.'
