SIX PACK at 60! Greg Norman reveals his muscular midsection as he enjoys a shirtless bike ride on the beach

He's one of golf's most celebrated players, while he may have eased off on his golfing but he is still working hard in the gym.

Greg Norman turned 60 this year and while he enjoyed a holiday in the Bahamas with his family, he also flaunted his six-pack on the beach. 

Through an Instagram post on Wednesday, Greg rode a bike shirtless down the sand, and showed of his muscular mid section.

The Shark is in amazing shape, his toned arms on display as he gripped the handlebars of the bike, shirtless he revealed his chiseled six-pack abs.

He wore a pair of short navy blue shorts for his bike ride down the white sand beach in the Bahamas, which he geographically tagged in the post.

In true shark style, he donned a white cap embroidered with his brand, The Shark logo on the front. 

As he shared the picture on Instagram he wrote: 'Exactly what I needed to wind down a fantastic but hectic 2015. A loooong ride on the beach.'

His wife, interior designer Kirsten joined him on the bike ride, and they both looked elated to be riding down the white sandy beach together. 

After the busy Christmas period the grandfather has taken some time out to relax at Harbour Island in the Bahamas with his family. 

He shared another snap of his incredible abs as he lounged on the beach reading a book, he wore the same blue shorts and finished his beach ensemble with the white cap again.

'OMG - I cannot think of the last time I did this!!', he wrote in the caption of the picture on Instagram.

Greg became a grandfather for the first time in August 2014, and appears to be besotted with the newest addition to the family. 

His adorable grandson is regularly seen throughout his social media feed and is the first child for his daughter Morgan-Leigh, 32. 

The gushing grandfather has been showing much more of his softer side on social media, and shared a touching message to his third wife Kirsten on their wedding anniversary in November. 

Under the snap of the two in a loving embrace he wrote: 'Spent a wonderful day with my beautiful wife of 5 years at the Setai Miami! Thanks for making our special day so special! Happy anniversary xo #setai'
