Rob Kardashian 'doesn't want to see anyone' after being 'rushed to the hospital and diagnosed with diabetes'

It has been reported that he went to the hospital and was diagnosed with a form of diabetes and other health issues after being rushed to the emergency room last week.

But instead of receiving familial support, Rob Kardashian 'doesn't want to see anyone' after returning from the hospital.

The 28-year-old reality television star is said to have retreated further into himself and is refusing to see any friends or family according to a Wednesday report from Radar Online.

A source for the gossip site said: 'Rob does not want to see anyone and he has made that very clear to the whole family. He is not answering calls or returning anyone’s text messages.'

The only person Rob has seen is his sister Khloe, according to reports, as he lives with her.

While Rob has apparently taken the diagnosis as something of a 'wake up call', he is still unsure about the prospect of entering a rehabilitation facility – something his family are reportedly keen for him to do.

The source added to Radar Online: 'Of course Rob is scared right now and he should be. His health is the worst it has ever been and, diabetes aside, he has to overcome the mental health issues that seem to be at the center of all of this.

'Everyone is urging him to go to rehab, whether it be a physical rehabilitation rehab or a drug program.

'The kid needs help and if he does not get the help he will not be around to see 2017.'

Rob’s mother Kris Jenner was on vacation when her was taken into hospital but is said to be rushing home to be on hand to support her son.

This comes just a day after news broke that he was rushed to hospital when his health worsened after earlier telling family he 'wasn't feeling well,' a source told TMZ.

After a series of tests were performed, Rob was stablised and is now recovering at home, with the report claiming that Rob has been diagnosed with diabetic ketoacidosis, a serious complication of diabetes that occurs when someone's body produces high levels of blood acids, or ketones.

Rob had no idea he was diabetic, the website adds, and wants to be healthier for the New Year.
