With her glossy blonde hair, demure smile and outgoing personality, Lady Kitty Spencer bears more than a passing resemblance to her late aunt, Princess Diana.

The 25-year-old, who boasts a lineage dating from pre-Tudor times and a family fortune of more than £100million, was also named the most eligible girl in Britain by Tatler magazine and has attracted more than a few admirers. 

So who's the lucky man that's rumoured to have stolen her heart now? Meet James Tobin - a dapper 35-year-old TV presenter that's forged an extremely close relationship with the UK's most eligible singleton.

Lady Kitty Spencer was seen with Australian media personality James in Bondi in November last year and again over the weekend, sparking rumours they have a budding romance. So who is the man that woman Princess Diana's glamorous niece's heart? 

Whilst neither party has confirmed the romance, Lady Kitty and Australian native James have been spotted spending a lot of time together, fueling the rumour mill.

The pair were first spotted spending time on Bondi Beach together in November last year, sparking romance rumours.

And more recently, the genetically-blessed pair both attended a pal's wedding in Cape Town, South Africa, together.

James has an illustrious TV career, which began when he landed a job on Nickelodeon Australia's Saturday Nick Television (SNTV)

Australian gossip magazine New Idea recently reported that Kitty and Weekend Sunrise weather reporter James may be romantically involved, after friends revealed they met during the Melbourne Cup racing carnival held in the Victorian capital, and posed together on Oaks Day

James also posted a snap of the wedding in South Africa on his own Instagram account

James and Lady Kitty have also been doing a spot of sightseeing, exploring Lion's Head in Cape Town on Wednesday with Kitty's younger brother Louis, 21, and some other friends.

The handsome TV presenter uploaded a snap of the group perched on rocks overlooking the ocean. He only tagged Louis in the picture and a pal.  

In recent weeks, Earl Spencer's daughter has been seen spending time enjoying James' company, more recently lunching at a cafe on Sydney's Bondi Beach in November.

Kitty, who grew up in South Africa with her mother Victoria Lockwood, a former model and Earl Spencer's first wife, looked at ease as she enjoyed time with James with whom she later took a dip in the sea.

The pretty heiress and James were also seen strolling along the shoreline together.

Lady Kitty had reportedly been dating Niccolo Barattieri di San Pietro, 44, since June last year, however, their current relationship status is unconfirmed.

But the property tycoon, who is 20 years her senior and has three children with his first wife, was nowhere to be seen during the socialite's three-week trip Down Under.

Australian gossip magazine New Idea recently reported that Kitty and Weekend Sunrise weather reporter James may be romantically involved, after friends revealed they met during the Melbourne Cup racing carnival held in the Victorian capital, and posed together on Oaks Day.

The magazine quoted a source who allegedly said: 'It's early days, but they're crazy about each other.

'James love's Kitty's sharp wit and bubbly personality, and also that she's not a stick insect like so many women he meets'. 

Lady Kitty had originally jetted out to Australia to enjoy the Melbourne Cup and the racing season and appeared to thoroughly enjoy her time at the races.

She explained: 'It was so much fun, it was really incredible. I knew it was a big spectacle and a fabulous event but it was such a positive experience.' 

They were also seated next to each other during a lunch in Bondi the same month in a snap shared by a friend on Instagram

Speaking at the premiere of In The Heart Of The Sea where she met actor Chris Hemsworth, she said: 'I'm having a wonderful time and I really, really, really don't want to go home'.

James, who was there reporting for Channel Seven, is even seen posing with the beauty in a social media snap during the carnival period.

The former Nickelodeon host has previously enjoyed a high-profile romance with Pussycat Dolls singer Jessica Sutta, the pair splitting in 2013 after a 18-month romance. 

James has an illustrious TV career, which began when he landed a job on Nickelodeon Australia's Saturday Nick Television (SNTV).

His stint on the children's Saturday morning show sparked his career and many more presenting jobs followed, including working for 2Day FM, Mix 106.5, 2WS, and MTV.

In 2004, he began a career at Seven Network, hosting children's game and music shows.

His biggest career coup came in 2008 when he landed the gig as Entertainment Reporter for Sunrise.

He also became a household name when he starred on Dancing with the Stars in 2007 and appeared in an episode of All Saints.

In October 2009, Tobin was announced as weather presenter of Weekend Sunrise whilst also regularly filling in for weekday Sunrise weather presenter Grant Denyer. He also worked as a weather anchor for Sunrise and Weekend Sunrise and was the host of Beauty and the Geek Australia.

Proving he's one of Australia's most eligible, he was voted runner-up to Firass Dirani in the prestigious Cleo Bachelor of the Year awards. 

James has been working for Sunrise since 2008, first as an entertainment reporter before shifting his focus to weather presenting for the programmes including Sunrise across weekdays and weekends

Kitty, meanwhile, is equally as sought-after. 

She also attended William and Kate's wedding in 2011 but her parents have deliberately tried to keep her out of the media spotlight.

Rarely seen out on the party scene, Kitty was a straight-A student at Reddam House, a private school for South Africa's elite.

She then went on to study psychology, politics and English literature at the University of Cape Town.

Now, however, she is making her foray into the glittering world of society events and fashion parties.

When she's not relaxing by a sun-drenched pool or dining at the exclusive Arts Club, she's sat courtside at Wimbledon and having private hat fittings with esteemed designer, Philip Treacy.

She has also shared snaps of herself posing with A-listers, such as Nicki Minaj, who also shared the picture of the duo, and the cast of Downton Abbey.

Despite being linked to royalty, the youngster proved she was down-to-earth when she shared a picture with actress Lily James accompanied with the caption: 'Meeting Cinderella - no way to play this cool', and another with Bear Grylls with the caption 'ultimate crush'.

In recent weeks, she has attended Wimbledon, Polo in the Park, a Vogue x Ralph Lauren party, London Collections: Men parties and Royal Ascot alongside the industry's hottest models, including Lottie Moss.

But it's not all parties for the bright young thing, who, following her return from South Africa to her family home at Althorp, Northamptonshire, has immersed herself in charity work.
