Mariah Carey continues to enjoy the high life in the Caribbean with beau James Packer and her twins as she stretches out her latest getaway in St. Barts.

The singing superstar, 45, was photographed out on the ocean watching her billionaire boyfriend and her kids indulging in some water sports on Sunday.

She had a scarf wrapped around her head to protect her from the sun as she joined the rest of her party on a skiff wearing a white sundress over what appeared to be a black bikini.

Sun-soaked vacation: Mariah Carey watched as boyfriend James Packer got ready to go jet skiiing in the ocean off St. Barts on Sunday

Seaside fun: The pop superstar is holidaying in the Caribbean with her four-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe, who were seen wearing life jackets and paddling their feet in the water as they sat on the boat's stern

At one point, Mariah was seen chatting with Packer as he removed his shirt preparing to go out on a jet ski.

The trip to the gorgeous destination came after Mariah and the twins spent New Year's Down Under with the Australian businessman.

She performed at his Crown Casino in Melbourne on December 31 before flying back to the U.S. by private jet.

Before that, the Hero hitmaker had joined ex-husband Nick Cannon in Aspen, Colorado, where they celebrated Christmas with their children.

A fine romance: Mariah and the billionaire went public with their relationship back in September and have been virtually inseparable ever since
