She's set to present at Sunday's Golden Globe awards.

But there was no early night for Katy Perry as she lived it up while out to dinner in the Los Angeles neighbourhood of Los Feliz on Saturday.

The Roar singer was joined by her male friend Derek Blasberg for the evening out.

And Katy certainly lived it up, in a rather fancy $3,000 outfit.

The beautiful brunette wore a Proenza Schouler pleated metallic skirt, that retails for nearly $2,000.

She added an Alexander Wang embellished sweater that cost nearly $1,000
