What it is
In addition to our research and education program, we offer Latino entrepreneurs free co-working space.
We call our co-working space "The Lugar", capturing the diversity of the Entrepreneurs who use the space to share, grow, innovate and collaborate with other like-minded entrepreneurs.
We currently have more than 15 startup teams and individuals growing their ventures while building a strong, supportive community of diverse passions.
WHat WE offer
The Lugar offers its entrepreneurs the following:
- Rent-free working space for 3 months
- Access to a board conference room, smaller conference room, and phone room for meetings
- Access to a kitchen, printer, monitors
- Mentorship platform
- Community events

terms of use
By accessing or using any part of our booking system, you agree to become bound by the terms of use of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms of use, then you may not use any services.
- You must schedule conference rooms in advance. Community User will use our online booking site (thelugar.skedda.com) to reserve spaces and rooms prior to use.
- Keep your space and the kitchen clean.
- No smoking near the building.
- No extended calls (longer than 30 minutes) in common space.
- No after hours access at the moment, unless given explicit permission.
- The general office hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday
- All Community Users are required to sign a media release form.
