She has so much affection for her new baby, it's practically her middle name.

Proud mama Jennifer Love Hewitt beamed happily as she took baby Atticus for a stroll on Thursday.

The 36-year-old didn't need a scrap of make-up as she and hubby Brian Hallisay took their eight-month old boy around Beverly Hills in his stroller.

The actress looked pretty in pink, rocking an oversized pastel sweater and a fuchsia beanie.

She finished her casual outfit with dark skinny jeans and a pair of turquoise Chucks.

While the Heartbreakers star was in charge of driving, she let her 37-year-old hubby take over the heavy lifting when it was time to put the car seat back in the car.

There was no sign of the couple's two-year-old daughter Autumn James, who shares a middle name with her baby brother.

Jennifer's smile may also be part due to the fact she finally settled a lawsuit this week that had dragged on for the last year and a half.

In June 2014 she sued MarzSprays - a company that had previously appeared on Shark Tank - for the unauthorized use of her image to sell their weight loss sprays.

Her lawyers claimed the company had been using the mother-of-two's image to flog their diet products without permission, something she would normally receive 'north of $1million' for.

The company had claimed Love Hewitt was curious about the product when she spotted it in a Hollywood gifting suite and happily posed for pictures with it at the time, which they then legally purchased and used on their website and emails, using the rather ambiguous kicker 'as seen with Jennifer Love Hewitt'. 

Both parties reached an undisclosed settlement on Monday, according to MyNewsLA.
