She may just be 16 years old but Lily-Rose Depp clearly has a love for the classics.

The daughter of Johnny Depp was spotted on Wednesday hitting up a record shop in West Hollywood.

Stepping out of the store, the teen carried a vinyl record of Aretha Franklin's 1968 classic Aretha Now.

The budding model, whose mother is Vanessa Paradis, wore a gearhead black shirt teamed with skinny jeans. 

With her hair tied up, she stomped around the sunny California city in white trainers with only a small handbag slung over her shoulder.

When she arrived the record shop she sipped on an ice coffee after being chauffeured by her bodyguard.

The young star recently told Love Magazine why she got into acting and modeling.

‘I don't have any plans in particular,’ she confessed. ‘I just know this is what I want to do and I want to work hard at it, and hopefully keep finding roles as beautiful as the ones I've already been lucky enough to come across.’

Speaking about her first acting experience, the teenager revealed that she knew when she was 14 years old that she wanted to become an actress.

‘It was on Tusk and it was so fun,’ the star explained. ‘That was when I realized I wanted to be an actor. I was also surrounded by friends and family so it was a great experience!’

Meanwhile, Lily-Rose's father Johnny recently opened up about his relationship with his beloved daughter, who has bagged her first film role as well as a high-profile eyewear campaign for Chanel. 

‘Lily’s really together - she’s a sharp kid and one of the smartest human beings I have ever met', he told the Daily Mail.

‘Her becoming an actress was never my dream or my desire for her, but that’s what she enjoys doing, and it’s her passion and it’s where she ended up. And she’s got the goods - she can certainly deliver.'
