Kourtney Kardashian seemed to be nostalgic for a simpler time.

The mother-of-three shared a throwback snap on Thursday of her and Kim before either of them had children.

Kourtney, 36, posted a bikini photo of her and her famous sister frolicking in the Miami surf from January 2008.

It was nearly two years later that Kourtney gave birth to her first child Mason, who is now six years old.

In the snap Kim, who was 27 at the time, wears a loud and outrageous cutaway bikini made out of various shades of leopard print.

While Kourtney, 28 at the time, showed off her slim figure in a zebra print two-piece bikini while leading her younger sibling by the hand.

'Throwback to beach days with Keeks!' Kourtney wrote introducing the photo on her website.

'I love this pic of Kim and I in Miami. We may have gone a little overboard with the animal print, lol.'

Kim has gone on to have two children - two-year-old North and newborn Saint - since then with husband Kanye West.

While Kourtney welcomed her third child Reign in late 2014 with now estranged partner Scott Disick, who is the father of all her children. She also has a daughter Penelope, three.

Kourtney recently revealed to Harper's Bazaar her struggle to snap back into shape.

'I like to take my time and not try to put too much pressure on myself, but it's hard,' Kourtney told the publication.

'I think I forget every time - you give birth and you want your stomach to be flat again. It does take a lot of work, but I usually start slowly by going on walks with the baby.'
