Olivia Munn has made some stylish appearances ahead of the release of her new flick Ride Along 2.

The raven-haired beauty probably caused some craned necks as she headed to The Late Show With Stephen Colbert in New York City in another winning ensemble on Thursday.

Olivia, 35, looked ready for a night on the town in a very low-cut print crop top that allowed a glance at her toned waist and black flaring trousers with a black cape tossed over her shoulders.

Her dark brunette hair was pulled up high in a top knot while crimson lipstick brought out her exotic features.

In her hand was a chic tri-colour handbag that blended in with the colours of her top.

Earlier, Olivia was seen stepping out in a clingy charcoal-grey sleeveless top that showed off her shoulders and arms, and was matched with flared black trousers that fluttered to the tops of her peep-toe black heels.

A wide sash was tied around her middle that made her waist appear incredibly slender.

Her long dark hair was styled simply, parted center and allowed to flow with no stops to the middle of her back.

The actress carried a large black leather tote that made her look like she meant business.

While Olivia's focus has been to talk about the film that opens on Friday, she recently had to deny rumours that she and her boyfriend, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, are engaged.

Olivia went on Instagram and shared a text message conversation with her mom to prove this fact earlier in the week.

Then earlier on Thursday during a visit to Live! With Kelly and Michael, Olivia emphasized her point.

'No, I did not get engaged. It was just some random magazine that was bored that day and was like, "I'm gonna write this story,"' Olivia maintained.

That explains it: Olivia went on Instagram earlier this week and shared a text message conversation with her mom denying the engagement

'I had no idea that it got as far as it went until I got random emails from aunts and uncles I haven't spoken to in so long, like, "Can we come to the wedding?"'

Olivia continued: 'But then it went a little over the top when my mom texted me, and I normally wouldn't answer yes or no, but since I'm doing press for Ride Along 2, I thought I just have to say no so that I don't have to get asked all the time.

'So I did it the best way I know how which is to put out a text conversation I had with my mother…I'm like look, let my mom help me out.'
