Crouch handed the away side the lead with just 15 minutes played at the Keepmoat Stadium when he got on the end of a cross from Joselu.

The hosts equalised via in form striker Nathan Tyson just 10 minutes later but a second-half stunner from Walters ensured there was to be no cup upset in Doncaster.

Walters picked up the ball after a poor defensive clearance and lashed the ball past goalkeeper Thorsten Stuckmann just before the hour mark.
