How can I access content and social analytics on Scoop.it?

[Feature available for Scoop.it Business, Scoop.it Pro and Scoop.it Content Director].

Measure your traffic trends, posts performance and audience engagement for each topic with the available Scoop.it stats.

Get started by going to the top right menu of Scoop.it and clicking "analytics":

Note: the above will give you access to analytics for your entire account but you can focus on a specific topic by scrolling down and clicking on any of your topic in the "Performance by topic" section.

The metrics you will see from the Scoop.it analytics include:

  • Key performance indicators since topic or account creation (number of posts/visits/reations/followers, your Scoop.it score) and find out who’s following your topic by clicking on the number of followers.

  • Performance by Scoop illustrates the traffic of each individual post. Learn what type of content your audience likes to read from you (views, visitors) but also what kind of engagement it generates (reactions which are comments, thanks, rescoops are shares to social networks; leads generated from lead generation forms you can display on your topics through the lead generation form builders). Note that you can sort results by Performance or Publication Date from the upper right tab.

  • Scoop analytics: by clicking on one of the above bar, you can have detailed analytics for this particular scoop.

  • Topic Audience shows you what impact your curation activity (blue bars) had on your traffic (white line): as you publish more and more relevant, well edited posts, you will see your audience grow naturally. But remember to share your posts to get them discovered: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+… Again, you can focus on Views or Visitors but also measure Reactions (thanks, comments, rescoops, shares) or Leads generated through the lead generation forms you can add through your topic lead-generation form builder.

Tip: you can click and drag in the plot area to zoom in on a specific period of time.

  • Most Engaged Users and Top Readers reveal your readers’ engagement (reactions) and loyalty (views).

  • Topic Traffic Sources enables you to know where your traffic is coming from both in terms of geography and origin.

To adjust the period of the analytics report or to export the data into a spreadsheet, use the top bar menu:
