Rose Byrne has broken her silence about her pregnancy.

Just days after making her first red carpet appearance with her baby bump, at the Vinyl premeire in New York, the Australian actress has spoken about the upcoming life change.

The brunette beauty, who is again fronting the latest campaign for fashion brand Oroton, said she is keeping in good health and 'feeling great', according to the Daily Telegraph.

'[I'm] Very excited for the year ahead on lots of fronts!' the 36-year-old added.

Though a little coy, it's the first time the actress has even reference her impending arrival with the acting couple not formally announcing the pregnancy.

In November Bobby confirmed the news in an interview with US magazine TV Week, telling them: 'We haven’t talked about it to anyone, but it’s pretty obvious if you see her that Rose is pregnant - and I will tell you that I am the dad!'

'Yeah it’s a great time and we feel really excited about it,' he added.

After months of rumours swirling, the couple's great expectation was unofficially confirmed when a photo surfaced of Rose's burgeoning bump being patted by other actresses on a night out, which was posted to Instagram by Girls star Lena Dunham.

The Bridesmaids star is not far off welcoming her first child but was able to keep her pregnancy quiet for months last year.

It was first reported in October, three years after the pair began dating after meeting on the set of Annie in 2012.

They managed to keep their romance under wraps until Bobby thanked Rose during an acceptance speech at the 2013 Emmys, describing the Australian starlet as the love of his life.

They later bought a $2.2million house in Brooklyn where it is understood they will raise their first child.

Rose recently said she feels incredibly 'lucky' to share her life with her partner telling Hello! magazine: 'He's this very kind-hearted, wonderful guy. I'm very lucky to have met him.'

Rose previously dated Australian actor Brendan Cowell for six years before splitting in 2010.
