Kate Moss' new romance has been thrown into doubt after reports she allegedly barely spoke to her new beau Count Nikolai von Bismarck at her star-studded 42nd birthday following a huge row.

The supermodel threw a lavish bash at her Cotswolds home for her A-list pals as she moves on from her reported split from Jamie Hince.

However, the blonde beauty raised eyebrows when she avoided talking to the aristocrat, who she has reportedly been dating since last year.

A source tells The Sun On Sunday: 'They had a massive argument, I have never seen them fall out like that. They barely spoke. They weren’t really together at all.

'She was in the barn area dancing and he didn’t seem to go in there. She was moaning about him being too needy and spent most of the night chatting to others. And he was telling people she was too self-absorbed, saying it was all about Kate.'

Kate is said to have struck up a romance with the Count after her marriage to The Kills rocker Hince hit the rocks last year. The aristocrat - the son of Kate's pal Debonnaire von Bismarck - moved into the basement of her London home following the split, according to reports.

The bash was especially poignant for Kate, who asked pals to be inspired by David Bowie following her close pal's death.

The legendary artist had long been a fashion inspiration to her and most notably, he appointed her to collect his BRIT Award in 2014.

Kate mimicked Ziggy Stardust himself as she strutted onto the stage dressed in the singer's 'rabbit costume' leotard which was designed by Kansai Yamamoto.

'She wants the party to be a celebration of his life as well as hers. It's going to be wild,' a friend told the Daily Mirror.
