On Thursday, Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry emerged from a Miami Beach hotel in her first sighting since plastic surgery.

The recovering 23-year-old hobbled down a staircase in a 'Mother of Cubs' T-shirt, VS Pink pyjama pants, and sandals.

The reality star was still attached to a ghastly medical device, which appeared to have bodily fluids leaking into it.

On the mend in Florida: On Thursday, Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry emerged from a Miami Beach hotel in her first sighting since plastic surgery

It will be a while before Kailyn - clutching a donut pillow - can comfortably sit down after having liposuction, a tummy tuck, and a Brazilian butt lift.

Lowry even allowed Michael Salzhauer - aka Dr. Miami - to Snapchat her four-hour 'mommy makeover' procedure on Sunday.

The resulting grisly before/after images shocked fans of the Pennsylvania mother-of-two, easily identified from her distinctive back tattoo.

'The recovery is about two weeks before you can go back to work and take care of your kids. It's a month before you can show it off,' the 43-year-old doctor told Radar Online.

'She has to take pain medications, antibiotics - the usual post-op stuff - Keflex, Cipro antibiotics, and the pain meds just like Percocet.'

On Tuesday, Kailyn's husband Javi Marroquin defended her decision to go under the knife on Twitter.
