'Make a Wish': Madonna interrupts Miami concert to serenade her daughter Mercy's 10th birthday
She was performing for a crowded house in Miami.
But Madonna was more than happy to interrupt her own performance to celebrate her daughter Mercy's 10th birthday.
The 57-year-old serenaded Happy Birthday to her little girl as she presented her with a light pink cupcake that was adorned with a lit birthday candle at the American Airlines Arena.

Madonna shared a snap of the unforgettable moment she celebrated her daughter's birthday, which she captioned, 'Make a Wish Mercy James.'
Wearing a sparkly number and silver heels, the hit-maker bent down on one knee to offer the pastry to her adopted daughter.
Mercy appeared through the moon by the gesture.
The birthday girl wore a black top, light red trousers, and a long gold chain.

The hit-maker and her daughter were joined on the stage by her back-up dancers, who rejoiced and applauded Mercy's milestone birthday.
It certainly wasn't the only show of love Madonna shared for her daughter that day.
The Like A Virgin singer shared a sweet photo of herself wrapping her arms around Mercy in honour of her daughter's big day.

'Happy Birthday to my Beautiful Mercy James!,' she captioned the image.
Madonna is currently caught up in a nasty legal dispute over the custody of her oldest son Rocco, and has been blasted by fans for a series of disastrous concert dates.
The star seemed genuinely touched as she thanked her fans for their support with a heartfelt tweet on Saturday.
Reposting a supportive message from a group of fans, she added: 'Thanks soooooo much for this! It means a lot to me! One word of kindness it can save me!'
Banding together, her fans had written an Instagram message pledging Madonna their backing 'whatever the things you're going through'.
The message stated: 'We’re crying for you, but we know you will get through this as you always do. You were born a lion, and lived a lion. We just want you to know that our love for you rescues us every single day, and we hope ours could do the same.'
