'I am going to sever your head and mail it to your father': Horrifying threats made by Charlie Sheen to Denise Richards revealed as actor claims he is 'baffled' by ex's lawsuit

Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards are at odds once again after the actress filed a lawsuit against her ex last week, and details from the court documents now reveal some of the horrifying threats the actor allegedly made towards Richards.

The most shocking claim made by Richards is what Sheen said to her in a phone conversation in 2013 before she left to spend the holidays in Montana with the couple's two daughters, Sami and Lola.

Sheen was supposed to join the group but did not for reasons that are not clear, and allegedly called Richards before she departed, saying; 'I'm looking at a picture of your parents sleeping. I had someone go into their house, give Xanax to the dog, and instead of killing them, I'd rather your mom die a slow death of cancer.'

Denise's mother Joni died in 2007 after a long battle with cancer.

Sheen allegedly continued; 'I am not going to do the same to you. If you get between me and the kids, I am going to sever your head and mail it to your father.'

It was also around this time that Sheen allegedly texted daughter Lola; 'Have a merry Xmas with your loser f***s**t mom... your dad is a rock star genius ... your mom is a p*** wart.'

Lola, who was born in 2005, was 8-years-old at the time.

Sheen did not stop there during this alleged phone conversation with Richards either, going on to say about the couple's two daughters; 'They will live without their mom in a mansion by themselves, without their mom, and finally have the relationship with their dad.'

Richards also provided text message conversations between her and Sheen from the days after she returned to Los Angeles following her trip to Montana, including one in which Sheen wrote; 'I will get you one day live in fear u piece of s**t.' 

In another text exchange around this time he told Richards he was going to 'create a bullet' in her head.

Soon after is when Richards claims she heard a phone conversation in which Sheen called their daughter Lola 'a f***ing pig w***e' while also telling the child 'I'm going to kill you and I'm going to kill your mom.'

Despite all this, a source close to Sheen told Page Six that he is baffled by the lawsuit, especially after funding Richards' 'princess lifestyle' for a decade.

'You would think a woman who got $10 million, tax-free, for being married two years would be happy! Not to mention being paid an additional $660,000 a year for the past 10 years,' said the source. 

'He pays for all the kids’ school, medical, camps, vacations. At what point do you just go, "Thank you"?'

Sheen's lawyer Marty Singer also went after Richards, saying; 'It is disappointing that Denise Richards always tries to use the children to get more money for HERSELF. This has nothing to do with the extra gift that Charlie gave to his girls by establishing a trust.

'Denise has a $7 million home that was paid for from the money Charlie gave her, yet she wants Charlie to pay another $35,000 per month for a second home and pay a down payment of $1.2 million.

'Further, Denise was NOT evicted from the old house, as she now claims. Denise voluntarily moved to a home in Malibu, even though she owned another house not far away from Charlie’s.

'This matter is simply money, money, money. Apparently, $55,000 per month tax free is not enough for her.'

Richards fired back at Singer on Twitter Friday, saying; 'Marty Singer u being the trustee should support a mom fighting to keep it intact for the children. It's their money, not mine or your client.'

She also said that his claims that Sheen has paid her $10million means that she is owed 'an enormous balance.'

A source close to the actress defended her actions to Page Six, saying; 'For them to say she’s using her kids for money is a defamation of character. It’s a low blow for her and the girls. Why is it OK for him to pay millions to all these strangers . . . to continue his lifestyle, and her to be perceived as some money-grubbing gold digger?' 

Richards is claiming in her lawsuit that Sheen had her evicted from a home he purchased for her and their family and is now cutting off the former couple's two children.

The actress alleges in the court documents, which were first obtained by TMZ, that Sheen sold the home he had promised to their daughters Sami, 11, and Lola, 10, in a trust after forcing Richards and the girls to move last September and not finding them a new residence.

Richards is asking a judge for $1.2million to purchase a new home.

Richards, 44, claims that Sheen asked her to move into the home he purchased near his own in Mulholland Estates, saying that he 'wanted to repair his relationship with his children'.

She says she was hesitant to make the move as she knew about his HIV diagnosis at the time but agreed to do so for their children, being told by Sheen that he would not evict them from the home.

The 9,000 square-foot home - which has seven bedrooms, eight-and-a-half bathrooms and a pool - was purchased by Sheen for Richards in 2011 for around $7million, though she did not immediately move into the residence. 

He sold it in December for $6.6million, a loss of approximately $300,000 from the purchase price,

As part of their divorce agreement, Richards receives $55,000 a month in child support for their two daughters.

Sheen and Richards have long had a tumultuous relationship, attacking one another both in public and in court before making up soon after and acting as if there was never any bad blood between them. 

Richards was surprisingly silent however last year when Sheen went on Today to reveal he was HIV positive - something that according to her recently filed legal documents she has been aware of for years.

The most recent photo of Richards and Sheen with the girls was posted on the actress's Instagram last March and showed the four at a birthday dinner for daughter Sami. 

Richards and the girls are currently living in a $15,000 a month rental home. In addition to her two daughters with Charlie she also has an adopted daughter Eloise Joni who is four years old.
