 He might not have made it to Super Bowl on Sunday.

But Tom Brady has the best prize of all waiting for him when he gets home.

Before the quarterback's showdown against the Denver Broncos, his wife Gisele posted an adorable shout-out from his biggest fan: their daughter Vivian.

The supermodel posted an Instagram snap of the three-year-old holding the poster she made for her dad ahead of the playoff.

'We love you daddy! Go Pats!!!' she scrawled in New England's signature red and blue, with her own, her mom's and her brother Benjamin's handprints.

She also included a drawing of presumably her dad's face - an excellent effort for a three-year-old - looking happy and unusually wearing a pair of shades, or possibly sporting a pair of black eyes.

An unfortunate slip at the top of the P made it look a little like she was cheering on the 'Rats', something deflategate haters might have centred on.

But there was no doubting who the youngster was backing, in her patriots leggings with a grey tracksuit top, her telltale pick hair-tie giving away whose face was obscured by the cute placard.

With an opportunity to tie it up and send it into overtime with a two-point conversion of a last gasp touchdown, the 38-year-old's final throw was deflected an intercepted, ending the game 20-18 not in their favour. 

He and 35-year-old Gisele appear to be back on track after recent 'tough times' - as described by the Brazilian.

Last week the couple appeared to be their old loving selves as they snuggled up in the cold while watching their eldest son's hockey practice in Boston.
