He listed his La Quinta, California villa on the market in 2011 and 2014.

And hopefully it's third time's a charm for Sylvester Stallone as the Rocky star put up his desert mansion once again at $4.2million.

The 69-year-old Golden Globe winner purchased the estate in 2010 which has been described as 'the essence of Hollywood Retreat.'

The Spanish-style home is located within The Madison Club, one of the most exclusive private golf courses in the U.S.

Stallone's property, which was originally listed for $4.5million boasts four bedrooms, vaulted ceilings, a wine room, arched entryways and an ensuite.

The 5,173 square foot home includes his and hers vanities and luxe touches such as stone-carved elements and designer doors.
