The mom of two gushed about her children to the Today show's Matt Lauer: 'Ryder's turning out to be -- I'm really super proud of him. And I had something to do with that, so I think parenting is where I feel probably my strongest.'

Adding: 'Then we get to 18. We'll see what happens.'

The stunner wore a temporary tattoo on her left arm that read 'Broncos,' referring to the AFC Champions - the Denver Broncos - who are heading to the Super Bowl in two weeks.

She told Matt: 'I'm a big Peyton Manning fan. And I grew up in Colorado. So when Peyton Manning found his way [to] the Broncos, our whole family was like aaah!'

The Bride Wars star wore her blonde locks loose, center parted and wavy.

The mom of two decided to go natural with her makeup, sporting pink lip gloss, rosy blush and golden brown eye shadow.

For her appearance, Kate kept it casual in a sleeveless brown top, flared jeans and sky high heels.

When asked if she is a spirited fan who jumps up and down while watching, she responded: 'Well, I grew up with three boys, that's what we do.'
