As former EastEnders star John and actor Darren inspected the knickers they discovered them to be covered in discharge.

Darren, 47, was first to react, saying: 'Oh f*****g hell.'

Before John, 44, let out a scream, and the trio ran off to tell their fellow housemates about the 'pigeon s**t' substance.

Stephanie admitted to being the owner of the pants and slammed Gemma Collins and Danniella Westbrook of ridiculing her over it.

She overheard the blondes joking that Jeremy McConnell - with whom she has a very flirty relationship, despite having a boyfriend outside the house - would probably wash them for her.

Danniella even went as far as to mock that the Beauty School Cop Outs star would use the knickers as 'dental floss'.

Opening up to housemates Darren and Christopher about her upset, she vented: 'I wouldn't do that to embarrass someone. I don't think some people are very nice people in here.'

The TV personality then stormed off, hollering: 'I'd love to see Gemma's f*****g smelly vagina'.

A spokesperson for Ofcom told MailOnline: 'We will assess these complaints before deciding whether to investigate or not.'

While Channel 5 declined to comment.

Despite telling the rest of the housemates that she had been having 'problems down there', she offered her Jeremy a more explicit explanation.

Sitting alone together in the Big Brother garden, Jeremy reassured her that discharge in a woman's knickers is completely normal, before Stephanie abruptly added: 'I've been horny as f**k and moist.'

Stephanie's remark appeared to get the better of the 25-year-old, who blushed and held his head in his hands.

Fellow reality star Charlotte Crosby, 25, was also quick to defend the brunette beaut following the show, tweeting: 'I felt massively sorry for Stephanie tonight'.

She added: 'That's not very nice at all how they all went on.'
