Kim Zolciak almost doesn't look real any longer thanks to her cosmetic procedures and her tendency to pile on the paint.

But on Sunday the 37-year-old Real Housewives Of Atlanta vet reminded her Instagram followers that once upon a time she was stripped down to her natural beauty.

The Bravo star posted a photo from 12 years ago when she was posing on the beach with her eldest daughters.

The performer had on a white tank top with frills on the sides and a cuff bracelet with a chunky ring and her standard French manicure nails.

In the video Kim awkwardly twists and turns her torso to show off all the angles of her physique and says: 'Do you like my little bathing suit? It's from Beach Bunny... like three years ago.'

The mother-of-six rubs her hand over her stomach and sticks her butt out to maximize the hourglass effect.

Her blonde locks are pinned up high and she shows off a long pink manicure.

In the past Kim has been accused of Photoshopping her Instagram images to make herself appear slimmed down.

She has always denied the allegations, even blasting critics in 2014 over accusations of photoshopping a thigh-gap into a selfie.

And when pictures emerged last year of her on a beach in Mexico looking somewhat different to her social media images, the reality star hit back with a video saying 'Go f**k yourselves'

Since then the star has made it clear via her postings that she doesn't care what people think.
