And on Monday Iggy Azalea posted a photo on Instagram of a bizarre phallic shaped cake she'd received from a mystery somebody.

'I'm not sure what it says or why it's got to be in the shape of a d**k, but thanks babe,' the 25-year-old joked in a post addressed to her 8 million followers.

She added: 'That was sweet of you.' 

The Australian rapper's phallic shaped gift comes just days after she admitted to wetting herself during a lengthy trip to the dentist.

Taking to Twitter following her appointment, the blonde bombshell admitted she couldn't control her bladder during the eight-hour dental check-up.

'So. I went to the dentist today and got multiple route canals. It turns of flossing is just not optional - at all, ever!!!!!!!! (sic),' the Fancy singer began.

'Anyway, i was there for 8 hours getting all these cavities etc fixed. BUT thats not my story for the day (sic),' she continued before dropping the ultimate bombshell, ' The real story is i peed my pants'. 

No doubt an embarrassing experience, the award-winning artist went on to give some context to her claims.

She wrote: 'its mildly amusing or i wouldnt mention it, but i feel we need to talk about it. lol (sic)'.

Explaining she wasn't sure whether the accident happened in the dentist chair or during her ride home with pal Alejandra Hernandez, she added: 'All i know is, somehow ale changed my into normal clothing and i really owe her something cool/awesome/fun for having to deal with this (sic)'.

Opening up her admission to wider discussion, Iggy then wrote: 'Am i the only 1 whos done this to themselves while sedated at a dentist? I guess i better showing up in a diaper if ever have 2 go back (sic)'.
