She is as famous for her racy photos as she is for her doll-like looks.

And now 'human Barbie doll' Valeria Lukyanova has shared a fresh set of provocative images including one of her locking lips with a female friend.

The shoot features 30-year-old Valeria with Svetlana Bondarenko, and was shot in the city of Shenzhen in south-eastern China's Guangdong Province.

Valeria, left, has in the past come under fire for her extreme 'Barbie' looks but insists she does it for herself, not for men. After posting her latest photo shoot on social media, she asked fans to guess her sexuality

The two women were dressed in black and white dresses representing what she said were symbols of 'Yin and Yang'.

They are seen posing, hugging and caressing each other, although Valeria insists they were simply showing 'sweet and tender' feelings for each other rather than anything erotic.

Yet the model then went on to ask her 431,000 followers what they thought about her sexual orientation, posting under one of her newly-released photos .

Writing on the social networking site VK.com, she said: 'Don't be shy to vote, I made the poll anonymous.'

More than 4,000 fans voted, with 65 per cent guessing she was heterosexual, while 2.3 per cent said gay, 18.4 per cent said bisexual and 5.2 per cent went for asexual.

But she has since reposted the photographs a number of times, writing: '[The] funniest myth is probably the fact that we look like this only for men.

'But few people know that in my life I had a single guy - my husband. And this way, I am very proud, because not everyone can boast of such honesty and purity. And I believe that we should be proud.

'I find it very funny to hear just what am I doing this for the sake of men! This is nonsense.'

Valeria also promised fans that she would take part in an 'athletic' photoshoot next time she visits Shenzhen, saying: 'I will do my best not to make a fool of myself.'

She also promised another photo shoot with Svetlana the next time the pair get together.

After leaving China earlier this month, she was set to fly to Los Angeles for a film premiere, according to her VK page.

Valeria, who insists her looks are entirely natural, except for her breasts, has often come under fire fire her extreme looks and her provocative photo shoots.

According to her own account, she was the victim of a random attack close to her home in Ukraine in November 2014, during which she was 'punched and strangled' by two men on Halloween night, and later hospitalised for her facial wounds.

At the time, some accused the doll-like model of using the attack as a cover-up story, having actually gone into hospital for cosmetic surgery, but Valeria denied this.
