In the first sighting since her car accident, Kristin Cavallari used her uninjured arm to push daughter Saylor's pram at LAX on Monday.

The 29-year-old designer was all smiles wearing a black sling on her dislocated elbow over a beige maxi-cardigan.

The Denver-born blonde and her unseen two-month-old baby were joined by a brunette gal pal.

According to Us Weekly - Kristin's child was not with her Thursday when a car struck her vehicle in Chicago, sending her to the hospital.

'Dislocated my elbow last Thursday and not being able to hold my baby is absolutely killing me,' Cavallari lamented to her combined 3.1M followers on social media Sunday.

The Miss Universe judge and her husband of two years Jay Cutler are also parents to sons Camden, 3, and Jaxon, 19 months.

It's been a difficult time for the mother-of-three, whose missing brother Michael was found dead on December 10.
