She might be one of the fashion's most powerful influencers now but it's nice to know Natasha Oakley hasn't forgotten her roots.

The blogger, part founder of the hugely lucrative A Bikini A Day, shared a flashback photo to her Instagram on Tuesday to reminisce fondly about growing up in Australia as a 17-year-old.

Normally flaunting her curves in a barely-there bikini, the now-24-year-old donned a plunging V-neck one piece and draped a large Australian flag behind her.

'Throw back to me at 17 years old celebrating Australia Day,' she wrote in the caption.

'So lucky to have grown up in Australia, so many good memories of long days at the beach,' she added with a koala emoji.

As far as Natasha's Insta-famous good looks and love for the sand and surf, the apple doesn't far fall from the tree.

The curvaceous beauty was raised beside the beaches in Sydney with her father, retired surfing champion Guy Oakley, and her mother Lynette, who is a former Miss Australia.
