EXCLUSIVE: 'I cringe for her': Vicky Pattison has her say on Stephanie Davis' 'nightmare' time on CBB as she launches new fitness venture

She's no stranger to a reality show.

And Vicky Pattison's latest TV stint on last year's I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here saw her go from Geordie Shore's party girl to Queen of the jungle.

Speaking exclusively to MailOnline, Vicky admits though that she's been 'cringing' watching Stephanie Davis on Celebrity Big Brother this month, pointing out that this time around a reality show appearance might not have been the best career move.

Vicky has been an avid viewer of the current series of CBB, with the Channel 5 show's biggest 2016 drama starring ex Hollyoaks star Stephanie and her in-house romance with Irish model Jeremy McConnell.

22-year-old Stephanie went into the house with a boyfriend of nearly a year, male model Sam Reece, but her flirty behaviour and this week's declaration of love for Jeremy has caused a major backlash, not just from her fellow housemates but the viewers.

Vicky said: 'Stephanie must be getting a really hard time at the minute, and I don't want to be the person that jumps on the bandwagon, I have to be truthful and I have to be honest. She's having a nightmare!'

Vicky's nine seasons on Geordie Shore saw her hit the headlines for her wild partying. Stephanie meanwhile left Hollyoaks amid reports she had turned up to work drunk, a claim she has denied.

'She obviously went in there to try and turn things around like I did, we got drunk at work and did this, and did that, stuff I can completely sympathise with but she's gone out of the frying pan and into the fire,' Vicky explains.

'She's done the worst thing! People hate cheats, it's not even just that, she's argued with everyone, called people names. I love someone who's got an opinion but it feels like she's having them all.

'I cringe for her when she comes on the telly, because I just think what injustice are you going to do yourself today? I think she's a very fragile, confused young girl,' she adds.

While Vicky admits CBB is her 'guilty pleasure' and she's a regular guest on Rylan Clark's spin off panel show Bit On The Side, she insists 'there's not enough money in the world' to convince her to go in the CBB house herself.

'It would be so counter-productive with everything that I'm trying to do with my life and career. I couldn't cope in there, I'd feel so stifled and just controlled.

'There's no challenge there, with the jungle we were proving ourselves. It's sort of like Geordie Shore but you don't get to go out!,' she points out.

Vicky has been busy working on her new ventures since leaving the jungle, taking on a guest panelist role on Loose Women, with the hugely positive reaction she received, 'a dream come true' according to the star.

'I was as surprised as anyone. I knew after the jungle I knew I would love to have a place at ITV and I just had to find the right fit. I never in a million years thought it would be Loose Women though,' she explains.

'I thought it would be something later night, maybe ITV2. Maybe a little spot on This Morning. I'm so pleased, I'd love to appear more regularly.'

While Vicky was heaped with praise by Loose Women viewers, this month's fellow guest panellist Katie Price has been criticised for her presenting faux pas and candid revelations about her exes.

'I'm not really sure why everyone's giving her such a hard time,' admits Vicky. 'The rule as a Loose Woman is to be strong, to be feisty, to have an opinion and to voice it and she certainly does that!

'What I like about Katie is that you're guaranteed to get a headline off her. She's enjoying herself so fair play to her.'

And Vicky wouldn't be intimidated to share the famous Loose Women desk with the feisty mum of five, saying: 'Me and Katie bring the same thing to the show. If I was to sit on the panel with her I'd certainly be excited by the prospect.'

As well as her blossoming TV career, Vicky has also been working hard on her brand new on demand lifestyle and fitness subscription service, Mini V Nutrition.

Featuring workout videos, cooking tutorials, recipes and diet plans all available on demand on your computer and your phone, Vicky explains she was motivated to create the service for busy women like herself.

'Getting in shape is hard work! You've got to drag yourself off to the gym, you've got to get out the car, you've got to get your gym gear on, you've got to get back. Going to the gym can take around two hours of your day really,' she points out.

'So let's make this easier for women...We're just eliminating every single excuse a woman can have for exercising.'

'My main problem, and I'm sure women everywhere will be able to identify with this, is number one not having enough time and secondly I get bored. There's nothing worse than being on a diet that eliminates certain food groups or things from your life.

'It's wanting to have a life as well. I want to look good in my clothes, I want to feel confident but at the same time I want to go out on the lash with my friends.

'Or I want to have dinner with a boy every so often. As girls we're far too hard on ourselves and there's not enough options out there for women to take a convenient route.'

While she's not ruling out any dinners with boys right now, Vicky insists she's single despite recent reports linking her to her best pal Alex Cannon, following a drunken kiss between the friends last month.

And being single means she's free to keep an eye on some celeb hunks, telling MailOnline if she could date any past I'm A Celeb contestant she'd find it difficult to pick between 'Jake Quickenden, Mark Wright and Dougie Poynter.

'They're all fit and absolute sorts as well! But they've all got birds, I'm the only one left on the shelf from I'm A Celeb! Even Duncan Bannatyne's taken!' she says.

As well as keeping an eye on reality show hunks, Vicky is keeping up with the competition in the hugely popular celebrity fitness market, citing Davina McCall as her role model.

'I think celebs manage to juggle looking good and having a good body and having an interest in fitness. I think celebs can be held up as role models for people, especially Davina in particular.

'She's 40 odd now, she's got a couple of kids, she's got a lovely husband, she's a businesswoman, she's always on the telly - if I was a housewife I would look up to her, hell I'm not even a housewife now and I'm thinking "you've got it all mate",' Vicky said.

'Then you look at someone like Charlotte Crosby, she's always on the lash, she's always having a good time but she still manages to look good.

'These things are things that ordinary people are desperate to emulate. It's striking the balance right, that's what's keeping people's interest, and I hope I'm teaching that too.'

The Vicky Pattison Mini V Nutrition on-demand fitness & lifestyle service is available from www.minivnutrition.com starting from £2.99 for lite membership and £3.99 for premium.
