And Fergie embraced her love of edgy looks once again on Wednesday as she sat in the front row of Jean Paul Gaultier's Haute Couture show at Paris Fashion Week.

The 40-year-old star offered a quirky take on a black trouser suit as she modelled a double-breasted blazer that featured only one sleeve.

Injecting yet more of her sartorial sass into the ensemble, Fergie donned a mesh glove on her right arm, which conceded at the elbow.

The Black Eyed Peas star teamed the blazer with exaggerated flare trousers which were almost long enough to completely conceal the black pointed stilettos she modelled on her feet.

The songstress, who shares two-year-old son Axl with her actor husband Josh Duhamel, kept accessories to a minimum, sporting a merely a myriad of rings on one finger and stud earrings.

Fergie always goes for the head turning looks when it comes to dressing for an appearance. While she may have this rocker babe style in her off duty looks, when she's ready for the show, she goes for body con, unique pieces that go WOW.

From jumpsuits to sweat pants, boyfriend jeans and dresses, this is one siren who really changes her tune for each occasion. And as she showed up for the Jean Paul Gaultier couture show in Paris, Fergie certainly showed off her quirky side in an off-shoulder, asymmetric blazer from the Haute Couture Spring 2015 collection.

Meanwhile, it's believed Fergie - real name Stacy Ferguson - has been working on her second solo album, which is slated for release in March.

According to Women's Wear Daily, the singer has had her work cut-out preparing a number of music videos, one of which is filmed in Paris and another in London.

If the reports are true, the album will be released almost a decade on from her debut LP The Dutchess.
