Is this REALLY Bradley Cooper? Fan's selfie has the internet baffled about whether it's actually the star... or just a lookalike

  • Sean Cassity from Utah attended Sundance Film Festival
  • Ran into Bradley Cooper and got a selfie with actor posted to Instagram
  • Friends were impressed but some questioned if it was really the star
  • Reports say a lookalike has been crashing festival events this week

Running into an Oscar nominated actor and persuading him to pose for a friendly selfie is a dream come true for any film fan.

So when Sean Cassity, 25, posted a photo of himself looking very friendly with Bradley Cooper on Instagram, many of his friends were understandably impressed.

But it seems that Sean may have been duped by a very convincing lookalike who has reportedly been gatecrashing events at the Sundance Film Festival in Utah this week.

The doppelganger reportedly talked his way into a party for the film White Girl at Bar 53 at Rock and Reilly's on Saturday, according to Page Six.

He apparently tried to use a screenshot from the film The Hangover on his phone when asked for ID and he told security guards who confronted him: 'You're done for.'

In addition, the actor doesn't have any films being screened at the event this year and hasn't been seen in attendance since 2014.

The 41-year-old was also spotted in snowy New York this week, at the same time as Sean's selfie was reportedly taken.
