And Olivia Palermo yet again proved herself to be the ultimate fashionista as she attended the star-studded Valentino fashion show at Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week on Wednesday.

The 29-year-old former reality star was joined by her model husband Johannes Huebl and the duo cut extremely stylish figures as they went to absorb forthcoming trends.

Olivia, who found fame on MTV reality show The City in 2009, fused gothic glamour with tribal chic in a black cape coat which shielded her racy ensemble beneath.

As she unpeeled the coat inside the event, The City star revealed a fishnet, fringed maxi skirt layered over a long-sleeved black top with a gaping key-hole.

The outfit boasted tribal undertones as a hoop-neckline on her top boasted a dangling pendant with an intricately carved detailing alongside a boldly patterned clutch bag and waist band.

Adding height to her already statuesque and striking frame, Olivia sported peep-toe ankle boots.

Her lustrous blonde locks were slicked into a mussed bun tumbling from a centre parting with plaits worked through the fronts.

With a successful modelling career behind him, it is little wonder Johannes looked incredibly handsome as he sported a suave three-piece suit while proudly posing with his stunning wife.

The duo were no doubt impressed by the incredible fashions of the show, which took the FROW on a journey through time. 

Baroque style materials and plush detailings, made the Valentino show something of a fantasy epic where the clothes could easily have been borrowed from period dramas.

An exquisite attention to detail saw brocade materials blend with chain-mail inspired dresses and each look boasted a rich pallet of sumptuous golds, greens and reds.

Each model's head was wrapped with a Medusa-style, snake headband before their hair tumbled into elegant waves falling from a centre parting.

Showing off his usual super-bronzed skin, the esteemed designer sported a smart navy suit with a pin-stripe powder blue shirt and a polka dot pocket square.
