This is the $5 million secret luxury retreat that Hollywood star Melissa McCarthy is transforming into her dream home.
The six bedroom, seven bathroom property in an exclusive enclave in Toluca Lake, California was snapped up by McCarthy and husband Ben Falcone in 2012.
And for the past few years the Spanish colonial style estate has been a labor of love for the couple as it undergoes a multi-million dollar renovation.
These exclusive photos show Bridemaids star McCarthy, Falcone, and their young family visiting the property - which is currently a building site - with a woman believed to be an interior designer.
The impressive private manse already boasts an outdoor swimming pool and indoor grotto style spa, sauna and gym, a floodlit championship tennis court, custom built BBQ area and a guest house.
But McCarthy, 45, and hubby Falcone, 42, are revamping the property with a whole range of high-end extras.
The couple have two daughters, Vivian, 8, and Georgette 'Georgie', who will be six in March. McCarthy's pregnancy with Vivian was written into the last season of Gilmore Girls. Vivian is also playing the younger version of her mom's character in the movie The Boss.
In 2013 they began filing permits to remodel the 8,656 sq ft property, which is in one acre of grounds.

In an interview with Variety in June 2014, McCarthy told how her two young daughters share a room and her Mac computer is packed in the closet in the cramped house.
‘We’re in the tiniest bedroom on Earth,’ she confessed.
On the morning of the 2012 Oscars, when she was getting ready for her big night as a supporting actress nominee for her breakout role as the loudmouth sidekick in Bridesmaids, she didn’t have any space in the house to get dressed.
‘I had my stylist come to my garage,’ McCarthy says. ‘My friends are like, “Get it together.”’
But comedienne McCarthy will soon be able to spread her wings in her new dream home which is expected to be completed later this year.
Once McCarthy and her family move in they can pop in on next door neighbor Garry Marshall, the 81-year-old movie director famous for films like Pretty Woman and Frankie and Johnny.
Actress Megan Fox was also a neighbor in the exclusive celebrity enclave until recently when she sold the house she shared with Brian Austin Green for a knockdown $2.6million.
