Cutting the mustard! Ryan Reynolds cuts a dapper figure in rich yellow suit as he goofs around at Deadpool screening

He usually plays it safe on the red carpet.

But Ryan Reynolds decided to take a fashion risk at the Deadpool fan screening in London on Thursday, donning a mustard yellow Salvatore Ferragamo suit.

And the quirky choice payed off for the 39-year-old, who cut a dapper figure as he made his way into the Soho hotel.

Cosying up to his co-stars, the star - who is married to Blake Lively - ensured all eyes were on him in the snazzy suit. 

Teaming the tailored garment with a fitted white shirt and navy tie, the Green Lantern star injected another splash of colour with a light blue pocket square. 

With his beard freshly trimmed and hair slicked back, he finished off the look with a pair of almond toe brown shoes.

The former Sexiest Man Alive winner has turned a few heads in his time, and it seems his co-star Ed Skrein was firmly under Ryan's spell - making a beeline for him on the red carpet. 

Resting his head on the star's shoulder, Ed seemed to be getting into the spirit of the event, leaning in for hugs and cracking jokes. 

Clad in a black bomber jacket and jeans, the 32-year-old looked casual but chic at the screening.

Meanwhile, T J Miller seemed less concerned with his co-stars antics, and more interested in his wife Kate, who he sweetly leaned in to give a brief smooch on the red carpet. 

Dressing in his typical quirky style, the 34-year-old flashed his pink socks in a pair of ankle swinging trousers that matched his garish navy jacket which featured a red trim. 

Adding a bow tie and with his white shirt left untucked, the star seemed somewhat out of place alongside his chic leather-clad wife.

Scheduled for release in February, Deadpool is the eighth installment of the X-Men series, based on the Marvel comics of the same name. 

Starring in the lead as Wade Wilson, Ryan takes on the role of the cancer-riddled former special forces operative who is left with accelerated healing powers following an experiment gone wrong.

On a mission to hunt down the man who nearly killed him, the serviceman takes on the alter ego of Deadpool.
