And on Saturday, Shanina Shaik, 24, flashed a generous amount of her pert derrière in a vibrant bikini as she posed beside crystal clear water.

Fashing a sultry smile to the camera looking over her shoulder, she flaunted her impressive curves in a picture shared to Instagram.

She went bare-faced showcasing her natural beauty and captioned the Instagram image: 'Back to the Islands'.

Shanina spoke to Daily Mail Australia and gushed about her engagement to Dj Rukus, real name Gregory Andrews.

'He’s a really amazing guy. We get along so well,' she said.

'We have so much fun together and we understand each other’s work.'

While she adoringly spoke about her fiancé, she also revealed some of her wedding plans and said she will be looking for a bridal gown that will suit a 'location wedding'.

The beauty told Daily Mail Australia, 'We’re definitely going to have a long engagement and enjoy our time and then I'm very easy going.'

She added: 'We are just very go-with-the flow but it’s definitely going to be a beach. I love the beach'.

Shedding some light on the dress she will wear on the big day, the runway sensation confirmed the outfit will mirror the seaside vibes of the ceremony.

Rukus spared no expense in his elaborate proposal, and offered his now fiancée the choice of not one but two stunning rings to choose from.

Shanina chose the hexagon-cut, which featured the initials of the couple - G for the DJ's first name, Greg, and an S for Shanina - embellished on the back with diamonds and amethysts.

She and Ruckus first started dating in June last year following the brunette beauty's split with her on/off boyfriend at the time, model Tyson Beckford, whom she first started dating in 2008.
