The incident is alleged to have taken place on the bus as the Norman North junior varsity team returned from a tournament in Pauls Valley on January 9.

Three of the wrestlers had restrained the 16-year-old at the back of the bus using their fingers to sexually assault him over his clothing, court documents reveal.

All four suspects then dragged the 12-year-old alleged victim to the same spot where they assaulted him in a similar manor.

However, with the second victim, they placed condoms over their fingers before the assault.

When the bus returned to school, the teenagers allegedly tackled the younger boy and assaulted him again between two parked cars.

'The incident finally ends when Victim B's parent arrives in the parking lot,' police reported.

Court records show Tanner Shane Shipman, 18, a 17-year-old and a 16-year-old have all been charged Monday with three counts of rape by instrumentation.

Another 17-year-old was charged with one count. Court records do not list attorneys for any of the teenagers.
