She's had her fair share of heartbreak, most notably her split from husband Lamar Odom.

So it's no surprise Khloe Kardashian would turn to her mother and four sisters for advice when it comes to relationships.

And on Monday the 31-year-old took to her paid-for website KhloeWithAK.com to share a few things she had learned from the 'strong women,' who she explained, all face love in 'totally different ways.'

When it comes to her mother, Kris Jenner, 60, Khloe admired the star's ability to tune out other people's opinions and really focus on her own wants and needs.

Khloe remarked that she especially noticed this attitude when it comes to her relationship with her younger boyfriend, 35-year-old Corey Gamble.

'Kris has taught me to just follow my heart,' gushed The Strong Looks Better Naked author, who is currently dating Houston Rockets player James Harden.

Similarly, she praised Kim, 35, for always wanting to have her own experiences, and for staying true to herself by having confidence in her decisions after the fact, despite criticism.

Follow your heart: Khloe praised her mother Kris for not worrying about what other people think, especially when it came to her younger boyfriend Corey Gamble (pictured in November)

For example, she notes Kim's marriage at 18, sharing: 'She knew it wasn't necessarily a smart choice but had to try it because that's what her heart told her to do.'

She gushed about learning a similar lesson from 18-year-old sister Kylie Jenner, who marches to the beat of her own drum.

She reasoned: 'Kylie knows that the right choice for her might not necessarily be a choice that her older sisters would make, and that's OK.'

Kendall Jenner, meanwhile, reminds her how special it can be to keep mum on romantic relationships.

Khloe praised the Calvin Klein model for being 'really reserved' in her relationships, adding: 'We could all learn something from Kendall.'

And Kourtney, 36, gave Khloe confidence when it came to what's going on inside the relationship, and not forgetting her beliefs.

She applauded her big sister, saying: 'Kourtney has showed me just how important it is to stand up for yourself above everything else!'
