She's carved out a signature look in the fashion world with her long golden tresses and exquisite looks.

But Amber Le Bon has ditched her natural colour in favour of a bright pink tinge, joining the ever-growing celebrity trend for neon and pastel dye-jobs on Tuesday. 

Showcasing a new punky look on Instagram, the 26-year-old made some waves with her new do, whilst also making a pre-emptive strike against any naysayers, captioning the post: 'Pink hair don't care.'

In a series of snaps, which she shared with her 25,900 followers, the British beauty documented a brand-new makeover - which also included a blunt new fringe.

Arriving back in London form a trip to New York, the glamorous model - who is the eldest daughter of Duran Duran singer Simon Le Bon and his model wife Yasmin - apparently decided a change was in order.

Ditching her long-standing flowing centre-parting for a blunt box fringe, the model revealed 'surprise No.1' of the day by posing for a sultry selfie.

Staring up at the camera from an old-school, MySpace-style angle, the stunning catwalk queen can be seen throwing a smouldering stare into the lens - adding to her punk-rock vibe by sporting a nose stud.

And clearly feeling in a rebellious mood, Amber went one step further and had her stylist colour her hair bright pink.

Posing for another picture with the bubblegum colour settling on her hair, the model - who is also a successful DJ - sported a wry little grin on her pretty face.

A goodbye selfie? As if to say goodbye to her old cut - as well as the Big Apple, which she was visiting last week - the beauty posted a selfie of herself with a pair of sparkling glasses, on Friday

And in the another shot, Amber sported a duck-pout as she showcased her new pink haircut with rose gold highlights in all its glory.

Clearly pleased with her time in the salon chair, she captioned: 'And the second surprise... It's pink and rose gold. All thanks to @redkenofficial @lorizabel and @georgenorthwood #RedkenReady #RedkenColour.'

Only last week Amber had been in New York working, where the model appeared to have had a photoshoot with Redken - who she also trusted to chop and dye her locks.

And as if to say goodbye to her old cut - as well as the Big Apple - the beauty posted a selfie of herself with a pair of sparkling glasses, on Friday.

She captioned it: 'Goodbye New York, hello London. Feeling all #sparkly today. ❄️'
