Cameron Diaz had that extra sparkle on Monday night.

The 43-year-old actress was flashing a contented smile and glittery nose jewelry as she enjoyed dinner with a friend at A.O.C. restaurant in Los Angeles.

Cameron showed off her radiant diamond stud nose ring while leaving the popular 'small plates' eatery and bundled up neck to toe in a casually chic ensemble including heavy beige scarf, long black coat and brown leather boots.

The Other Woman star debuted her trendy nose piercing in March of last year, favoring a simple yet elegant diamond accessory.

When asked how she was doing, Cameron enthusiastically replied: 'Great. Just had some drinks and french fries.'

Her long legs were trim in faded blue jeans that she matched with a beige knit top in addition to the layering of long coat and scarf.

That extra sparkle: Cameron first debuted her nose piercing in March of last year and prefers to accessorise it with tiny diamond studs

The Bad Teacher star seemed to be hugging a secret behind that omniscent, red lipstick grin the same day People reported that the star 'wants to be a mom' soon.

After all, Cameron and her 36-year-old rocker husband Benji Madden have been wed a year now and are beyond the newlywed stage.

'Cameron is increasingly happy in her life with Benji,' a source told People. 'She has settled in, settled down and wants to have a family. She is doing everything she can to enjoy this time in her life.'

Cameron exchanged vows with Benji - guitarist for alternative rock band Good Charlotte - in January 2015.

Another source revealed to People that their marriage has 'done wonders' for Cameron and has given her a different sense of perspective.

'She had a good run as a tough talking single sister, but like others of her age, she has mellowed and wants more out of life,' the source said.
