'Sorry boys. I'm off the market': Game of Thrones' Sophie Turner can't hide her excitement at being sat near Ryan Gosling at the SAG Awards

She stars in one of the most popular shows on TV.

But Sophie Turner, 19, is proof that even famous faces get starstruck, when she posted a hilariously sneaky Instagram snap of Ryan Gosling.

The Drive actor is widely regarded as one of Hollywood's hottest hunks, so it's no surprise Sophie has the hots for the 35-year-old.

The Game of Thrones actress was pictured with a look of pure excitement on her face as she sat on her table at the Screen Actors Guild Awards in Los Angeles on Saturday night.

Wide-eyed and with her mouth agape, she couldn't hide her delight that Gosling was just yards away on the table behind.

Sophie captioned her post: 'Sorry boys. I'm off the market'

Meanwhile, an oblivious Gosling was deep in conversation with actress Marisa Tomei, who sat on the star's right on the evening.

Unfortunately for the actress, Ryan is happy in love with his partner of five years Eva Mendes, with whom he has a 15-month-old daughter Esmerelda.

Opt for a showstopping evening gown like Sophie in Caroline Herrera

She's a Game of Thrones queen, but Sophie Turner looked like a gothic princess on the red carpet for the SAG Awards on Saturday night.

Sporting a gorgeous black full-skirted ball gown with off-shoulder neckline and subtle floral print, Sophie struck just the right balance between pretty and demure and made sure she looked sophisticated despite her young age. She kept the rest of her look simple with her gorgeous red locks tied up in a sleek ponytail and carried a simple black box clutch.

Sophie's dress is by Caroline Herrera, a designer well-known for beautiful feminine ball gown shapes. You can see more from the label by clicking the link to the right to be taken to the website.

What really sets this dress apart is the off-shoulder shape, and this is a key look in fashion right now. To find yourself an equally show-stopping dress without the designer price tag, shop our favorite off-shoulder gowns below from the likes of Asos, Carven and Forever Unique.

This year is shaping up to be a big one for Sophie, with Game of Thrones set to return to screens in April and her debut blockbuster X-Men: Apocalypse set for release in May.

Sophie will star as Jean Grey, a mutant with powerful telepathic and telekinetic abilities who is one of Professor Charles Xavier's most prized students.

The role was previously played by Famke Janssen in five other X-Men films, but Sophie portrays the character at a younger stage in her life.

Speaking to IGN about the part, she said: 'I think maybe one of the reasons that they chose me for (Jean) is because they saw the dark side of Sansa.

'Maybe they're thinking, "Oh, Phoenix, Jean Grey" I definitely see a lot of parallels in there.'

'(Jean) struggles with her power... and not being accepted in the human world. I think in terms of (Game of Thrones), that's kind of the way Sansa felt in that she really wanted to be a normal princess/queen and live a normal life -- and she doesn't, because of all this havoc happens. I think Jean, in a way, feels that.'
