She's currently six months pregnant with her first child.

But Chrissy Teigen didn't allow that to dampen her style as she wowed in a stunning sheer dress on Thursday night in West Hollywood.

The 30-year-old Sports Illustrated beauty was beaming as she made her way down some stairs with husband John Legend, 37, on her arm, before tenderly cradling her baby bump.

Somehow, the Lip Sync Battle co-host showed off her growing baby bump while still radiating a racy vibe in a knee-length, long-sleeve black sheer dress.

The unique fabric was both semi-translucent and gave off a certain sparkle, neither of which obscured the view of her black bra and panty set underneath. 

A gold chain belt with an elaborate clasp and very delicate black stiletto heels completed the outrageously chic ensemble.

Super high heels can prove tricky at the best of times but wearing them when pregnant... that's dedication to the cause! We suspect Chrissy Teigen has had a lot of practise though!

Wearing heels does make you stand up straighter though and the model looks pregnat and perfectly poised in her Giuseppe Zanotti Roxannes.
