This comes just after the star announced on Wednesday's episode of FABLife that she was going to tie the knot with a man named Tom.

'I'm so excited. I found love the second time around. I'm so lucky. His name is Tom, and he's just wonderful. He's really my soulmate!' she announced.

'I never thought it would happen to me again, but I found love again, and I'm a hopeless romantic. So it looks like we're gonna get married!'

The Bravo beauty was married to Count Alexandre De Lesseps, 66, from 1993 to 2009. They had two children together: son Noel, 19, and daughter Victoria, 21.

This new marriage means she will lose her Countess title.

'Thomas was planning on a Valentine's Day proposal during their upcoming vacation in Vail, but couldn't wait and presented an eight-carat canary yellow diamond ring on their first night,' a source told the site.

D'Agostino, 49, previously told People they met about nine months ago through a mutual friend.

But when they ran into each other recently at The Mark Restaurant in Manhattan, 'sparks flew,' according to the site.

He said: 'We were each with other people [when we met] but started talking and it was magic. We have been inseparable ever since. She is like an asteroid who has impacted my life.'

D'Agostino reportedly dated her RHONY co-star Ramona Singer at one point.
