He was charged with first-degree murder, felony murder, kidnapping and assault with intention to rape after Millsap's partially clothed body was found in the woods. It took the jury of six men and six women more than six hours over the course of two days to find VanCallis, of Wales Township, guilty on all counts at Macomb Circuit Court. He is facing life in prison without parole.

Laura Garrigus (pictured), 30, taught high school science at Cumberland International Early College in Fayetteville, North Carolina. She resigned in December when the allegations were made. A photo booth snapped several pictures of suspect Chancellor J Terrell (pictured), 24, who is accused of stealing $75 out of the booth inside Funway Amusements in Batavia, Illinois last November. Police said on Monday that Terrell had turned himself in after they had shared the photos of him last week in an effort to identify him. Batavia Police also said they were only recently able to recover the pictures of the suspect after the photo booth had been repaired, adding that the booth is designed to take photographs when it senses tampering to the cash drawer.

Ashley Bouder, 32, a dance with the New York City Ballet since 2000, is six and a half months pregnant with her first child with fiance, finance worker Peter de Florio. A small but highly-venomous snake has been caught on film devouring another of its own kind. Dave Wiedman from Toowoomba Snake Catchers 24/7 was called out to a house in a northern suburb of Toowoomba, west of Brisbane, at about 1am on Monday after residents had noticed there was a small-eyed snake in their garage. He quickly found that there were actually two reptiles were caught in a tussle underneath a pile of boxes, one with its mouth firmly wrapped around the other.

Tom Cruise has resumed filming on his biopic of drug smuggler Barry Seal, after shooting was suspended last year following the death of two crew members in a plane crash. The actor, 53, was seen in the cockpit of a small plane in New Orleans, Louisiana on Wednesday as he returned to the project titled Mena. Hauntingly, Cruise was using the same model of plane, a twin-engine Aerostar, that was used for filming last year, which crashed and killed two men in September.
