Do It Like A Dude! Jessie J matches burly bodyguard in shorts and a baseball cap as she continues Sweet Talker tour

She declared in her debut single that she can 'do it like a dude' and Jessie J made her point with her wardrobe choice on Tuesday.

The 27-year-old was spotted arriving at her hotel in Montreal ahead of another date on her Sweet Talker tour.

And swapping her racy stage costumes for a more dressed down look, Jessie's sporty outfit matched her burly bodyguard's.

The Brit star showed off her legs in a pair of baggy black shorts paired with white Adidas trainers.

Jessie added a Pigalle Basketball sweatshirt  and hid behind some sunglasses and a backwards baseball cap.

The star's bodyguard matched in his own shorts and cap combo as he escorted Jessie inside her Montreal base.

Jessie is in the city for the latest stop on her Sweet Talker tour, which has already seen her play dates in the UK, where her boyfriend Luke James joined her as a support act.

She's been keeping busy with her music and touring duties after causing a row on social media last week, when she was forced to defend her choice to unfollow all of her fan base on Twitter.

When those followers discovered the snub they took to Twitter to share their upset, to which she replied: 'My love and respect for anyone isn't based in a follow (sic).'

'I didn't unfollow just all my fans. Please stop trying [to] create bad energy, I unfollowed half my followers..'

She added: 'And when my thumb can be bothered I will unfollow the other half. Seriously guys.'

Twitter wasn't happy though, with one person tweeting: 'I won't lie, it's disappointing that @JessieJ unfollowed her fans including the ones who have been there since the start.

Another said: 'Katie Hopkins treats her fans better than Jessie J does... I'm just putting that out there.'

One user tweeted: 'Jessie J unfollowing her fans just like the GP unfollowed her career after 2011Jessie J is coming across as selfish and rude.

And another angry person wrote: 'The fans she's unfollowing are fans who've got her to where she is now. So ungrateful.'

She deleted the tweets but later posted: 'I'm sorry if I offended anyone. It's NEVER my intention.'

Now the singer follows no one.

In March, Jessie took to her Twitter account for a furious ranting session at fans who had inundated her boyfriend Luke James with viscous messages on Instagram.

After accusing her followers of 'spreading lies' and 'creating drama', the star explained exclusively to MailOnline what caused her to behave so out of character and vent her frustrations so publicly.

'I hope Luke is The One,' she confessed.

'I'd be pretty p****d off if these rumours that we'd broken up were true - but we haven't. Luke is amazing and he and I are amazing.

'Reading lies about yourself isn't something that anyone should ever get used to. Hopefully one day, this kind of thing will be made illegal.

'It's really frustrating because that kind of behaviour creates negativity, which creates story which some people then choose to believe. Wouldn’t it annoy you if people were making up stories about your relationship?

'What I tweeted, I meant. I had to tell some of the fans that sending mean messages is not okay. It was my duty.

'Sometimes you just have to be honest and open. And that's the great thing about Twitter, it's my own platform to set the record straight.'
